Join Angelica Bua for this upbeat pro dance team style hip hop class that will have you “chasin’ the groove” virtually! Angelica Bua has been dancing for 21 years and is trained in all styles of dance, but especially enjoys hip-hop and contemporary.  As a graduate of West Chester University, she was the captain of the nationally ranked West Chester University Dance Team. Angelica is currently in her fourth year dancing professionally in the Philadelphia sports entertainment industry.  She began her post-college career dancing for the National Lacrosse League (NLL) on the Philadelphia Wings where she became captain. Angelica then became a member of Squad 76 and can be seen dancing there today on television and at the Wells Fargo Center.  Angelica’s training at Broadway Dance Center in New York City has connected her with well renowned Choreographers in the dance industry, and she also teaches at local dance studios. Above all else, Angelica’s teaching style emphasizes confidence within a no stress environment for all of her classes. She is also the creator of Chasin’ The Groove, an online dance platform.

About the Special Guest Instructor:

Christie has been Captain of the NBA's Washington Wizards Dancers for 3 years now and has been on the team for 6 years. Christie graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2014 and danced on the nationally recognized dance team. She is the owner of her business, Powerhouse Dance Works, a choreography company with a team of talented choreographers that travel the nation to teach dance teams award-winning choreography.
